What is top surgery?

Top surgery is a collective term for chest surgery within the gender-affirming process. For FTM (female to male) it is about creating a flatter and more masculine chest contour. For MTF (male to female) it is instead about shaping a softer and more feminine contour, often with implants.

How is the procedure planned?

The technique, incisions and placement of the nipples are tailored to your anatomy and your goals. We go through carefully what is possible and what you can expect in terms of healing and scars.

Are there further procedures in the process?

Depending on your wishes, other procedures may be relevant, such as Adam's apple reduction or body contouring. We consider the whole picture and plan at a pace that suits you.
